You have to agree to these terms and be 18 years or older to attend.

Tickets and payment

All payments are handled through Stripe, SumUp or Vipps.

Payment options

During the registration period we accept the following payment options:

  • All cards supported by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and so on)
  • Invoice through Stripe (3 days)

For on-site payments (i.e. in the Dealers Den) we accept the following payment options:

  • All cards supported by SumUp (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Vipps

Transaction fee

When buying tickets to Furnavia and merch via the registration system, there will be a service fee of 69 NOK added to the order.

Refunds

It is important to ensure that your order is correct and that the correct ticket and addons have been selected.

We consider all orders final, and do not offer refunds on already paid tickets.

If something is wrong or there is a mistake, please contact Furnavia at Furnavia@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution.


Cancellation of the event

Furnavia reserves right to cancel the event.

If Furnavia cancels the event, the cost of tickets will be refunded, barring any fixed cost that has to be paid upfront by Furnavia. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible after the cancellation has been published.

Please be aware that if the event is cancelled due to a FORCE MAJEURE situation, relevant policies will be applied (see below for details).

Moving the event

Furnavia has the right to alter the date and/or location of the event at Furnavia's discretion. Purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date and location.

Other expenses, including but not limited to travel, and accomodation, are not covered.

Force Majeure

Furnavia's obligations to the ticket holders, also the execution of the event, including the right to refund and compensation cease partially or fully if the event is hit by a FORCE MAJEURE situation before or during the event.

Force Majeure are cases that Furnavia has no control over. These are situations that Furnavia could not reasonably predict, avoid or overcome. This includes, but is not limited to natural disasters, significant damage to event location (such as fire), changes in local security, and any other potential threats to our attendees, or Furnavia.

What information do we actually collect?

For just visiting our website, very little. No cookies. We track how often resources are loaded, along with the time-stamp for when a resource is loaded, and the user-agent from your browser to help us make sure the website works on the browsers of our attendees.

For attendees, we have access to information submitted via our registration system. We also collect some information from forms and surveys you submit.

If you email us, we collect the information you send us.

The information is kept in compliance with Norwegian regulations.

You can email us at furnavia@gmail.com to request to have your information deleted or corrected, or to get access to the information we have collected about you.

On-site, when checking in, we check your ID to prevent fraud or impersonation, and make sure you collect your convention badge and any related merch.

For health and safety reasons, we may share provided medical information or emergency contact to relevant personel.

We also share some information with the hotel to ensure we can provide the services needed.
