Meal deal

This year we have created an awesome buffet deal with the hotel! 4 days dinner buffet for 1200,- NOK. Tuesday - incl. Friday *Ordinary price for 4 buffets 2100,- NOK. It is possible to purchase on-site, but at a non discounted price, 525,- NOK per day.

Hotel

Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are per room, per night. Not per attendee, per night. The main days are from 27th - 31st of October 2026 with check-in from 15:00 on arrival day and checkout at 12:00. You can order a late checkout upon checking in or by going to the receptions, keep in mind that late checkout will have an extra charge and is subject to availability.

Bookings and such will happen during summer, and the hotel will send out payment links to the room owner.

Booking also includes:

• Access to Family training (Fully fledged professional gym)

* The larger rooms are only guaranteed to have 2 normal beds, they might come with bunk beds, but without the 100kg weight limit the old hotel had.

We will have more add-on merch this year which can be added to your ticket. Merch added to your ticket before the con will be cheaper than buying it on-site, so if you want to order merch we strongly recommend adding it as an addon to your ticket. Some merch may also only be available for pre-order during registration.

Travel with the bus route between Denmark and Norway, stopping at Lekevollkrysset E6, Sarpsborg. Right outside the venue! Route going from Oslo, Uddevalla, Göteborg, Helsingborg , Malmö, Kastrup and Copenhagen.

Car

Quality Hotel Sarpsborg (Main Parking Space) 400 parking spaces right outside the venue! At a low cost, 20,- NOK an hour and 90,- NOK a day! Just drive in and park, make sure to pay your total at the hotel lobby parking machine before driving out or through an app! Imports into Norway

Alcohol and Tobacco

Alcohol above 60% ABV is illegal in Norway.

There are quite strict limits for how much and what you can bring into Norway toll-free Alcohol and tobacco quotas. We strongly advise you to check this ahead of your travels to avoid unexpected issues. Link to the Norwegian Customs app! If you’re bringing more, make sure that you use the app to pay for the import! It is a lot faster than going through red on the border. Just make sure you follow the requirements in the app when importing. If you are within the free quotas, you can just go through green.

Drugs

Norway has strict regulations on drugs and controlled substances. Even small amounts of illegal drugs, including cannabis, can lead to trouble with the law. If you need prescription medication, bring it in its original packaging along with a copy of your prescription or a doctor’s note. Make sure you always have the right medical documentation with you!
