How to register for Furnavia 2025

This guide shows how to register for Furnavia and how to order extra merch.

Disclamer: This guide is written for desktop. If you are on mobile,everything should be the same, except the "menu on the left" is accessed by the "Open menu" button at the top.

Create an account

The fist step is to create an account:

  1. Click the Create your Account button on the login page.

  2. Confirm that you are old enough to attend Furnavia.

  3. Read our terms and policies, check the boxes and click Continue

  4. Create your account by filling out all the fields.

    • You can have different username and badge name.

  5. After filling out all the fields, click the Create your Account button.

  6. Check your email, and click the link you receive to activate your account.

    • You might get an error saying "Error During Activation". If you encounter this, your account has likely been activated and you should click the "Go back to Login" link and try to log in.

  7. Log in to your new account!

Purchase your ticket

Notice: Prices shown on the registration and store page are including platform and transaction fees, and therefore might look weird.

After you have created your account and logged in, you can purchase a ticket:

  1. Either click "Create Registration" at the top of the page or "Register for FNV25" in the left menu.

  2. Select the ticket type, for most people only one option is available.

  3. Fill out the registration form and click the Register button at the bottom.

  4. Select addons to your registration.

    • This is where you can add the sponsor option and register to join the Banquet dinner, as well as add cool merch to your order.

    • One (1) T-shirt of each eligible design depending on your ticket type is included in each order. If you want more, you can add them here.

  5. You can also check out the Event Store in the menu to the left before completing your order.

  6. When you have added everything you want to your order, click either the "View Cart" button on the registration page or "Checkout" in the menu to the left.

  7. Verify that all the information is correct and pay your order.

    • You do not have to pay at once, but we will clean out unpaid orders if we start to get full.

    • Registrations are not valid until they are paid.

    • We will close registration at the latest 21st of September and all unpaid orders will be purged closely after that.

Upload badge image

You can update your badge image until September.

  1. Log in to ConCat.

  2. Click Badge Form in the menu.

  3. You might get a question to authorize the application, click on the Authorize Application button.

  4. Upload your badge image.

  5. If neccesary adjust the frame of your image.

  6. Click the Save button below the editor.

  7. Verify or adjust your Badge Name.

  8. If you want flags on your badge, select up to three flags from the flag selector.

  9. Click the Save button on the bottom of the page.

  10. Double check your details and badge preview and click Return to ConCat.

Register for hotel

You can modify your hotel room reservation until September.

  1. Log in to ConCat.

  2. Click Hotel Reservation in the menu.

  3. Fill out the form.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Verify your reservation details and click Return to ConCat.

Some time during summer, we will start sending out invoices for the first night. The remaining amount is paid directly to the hotel during check-in.

Add additional merch to your order

You can add more merch to your order until we close the merch store (Date TBD).

  1. Log in to ConCat.

  2. Find the Event Store in the menu to the left.

  3. Add the merch you want to buy.

  4. Click the "Checkout" option in the menu when you are ready to pay.
